Lockheed Martin Corporation is an American aerospace, arms, defense, and advanced technologies company. Headquartered in North Bethesda, Maryland, the corporation operates through four primary business segments. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is its largest division, responsible for aircraft such as the F-35 Lightning II, F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the C-130 Hercules.
